- Orders
- Orders are accepted on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Customer Support
- Customer support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM ¯ 5:00 PM PST. Customer support can be reached by email at webinfo@earthshiftproducts.com
- Back Orders
- Back Orders are not automatic. Customers can also check their account online.
Freight & Handling
ESP only ships to US Locations
- Contiguous U.S.
- Orders of $150.00 or more qualify for free shipping within the contiguous United States (Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories are excluded) via FedEx ground only.
- Shipping Options
- FedEx ground, 2nd day, next day or USPS for APO/FPO boxes. Earth Shift Products does not ship to Post Office boxes.
Payment Options
- Credit Cards Only
- All orders are processed by credit card only. Accepted cards are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- Product Quality
- Claims regarding product quality must be made and reported within 7 days of receipt to webinfo@earthshiftproducts.com. A Call Tag will be issued and replacement product shipped upon receipt of returned product.
- Product Missing
- Claims regarding missing product that was invoiced but not received must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims filed after 48 hours of receipt will be denied.
- Refused Orders
- Orders refused and returned will be charged return shipping cost plus a restocking fee of 20%.
Returns
- Return Requests
- Requests for returns will only be accepted within thirty (30) days of delivery to customer.
- Return Authorizations
- Before returning any products, Earth Shift Products must issue a Return Authorization (RA) and Call Tag.
- Condition of Product
- Products returned must be unopened and in the original unaltered packaging. Only full and complete products can be returned.
