Massaged Kale Salad
- Remove stems from kale, tear leaf pieces halves to quarters, add salt then massage till green juice results.
- Add remaining ingredients and use strainer to remove Lemon seeds, mix well with chopsticks.

Super Seaweed Salad
- 1 cup of Packed of cut or torn whole Dulse
- 1 cup of Packed of cut or torn whole Leaf Sea Lettuce
- 2 - 3 cups of Thinly sliced Cucumber

- 1 - 2 cups of Thinly Sliced Red Bell Pepper
- ¼ - ½ of very Thinly sliced fresh Ginger
- ½ - 1 cup of Hemp Seeds

Dressing for Salad

- ½ - ⅔ cup of Coconut Secret, or Braggs Vinegar, or Lemon Juice

Green Soup
- This can be changed in any way you wish; there are many variations of this base recipe.
- In a Vita Mix/blender combine all ingredients starting with tomatoes, cucumber, and citrus.

Nori Wrap
- Place 2 aligned sheets of raw Nori overlapping each other flat on a plate.
- In the center of the Nori add all ingredients starting with Avocado, Hemp Seeds, Lettuce, and then Tomato.
- Sprinkle Sole Salt and the juice of 1 Lemon over the inside.
- Now starting to roll, with one side managing any runaways, tucking with the your fingers.
- You may allow to set and let the Nori dry and vacuum or enjoy immediately.

Chicken Fried Rice
- Place Quinoa, water, sodium bicarbonate and goji berries in a medium sized sauce pan.
- Cook on low for 20 minutes, then turn off heat and let sit covered for another 8 minutes.

Mark’s Raw High Protein Veggie Wraps
In a a food processor combine and mix to a fine texture.
- Sprouted Garbanzo & Mung beans
- 1 cup Ultimate Super Foods Premium Hemp Seeds
- ¼ organic small red onion
- ½ organic red bell pepper
- 1 cup fresh organic basil
- 1 cup fresh organic dill
- 1 cup fresh organic mint
Mix with after food processor, in a bowl.
- 1 lemon juiced
- ⅛ to ¼ cup organic olive oil
- 1tsp. USF Himamayan Sea Salt
- 2-3 tbls. organic creamed mustard
- ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
- Mix and soak over night 1/2 cup Organic Garbanzo and 1/2 cup Gung beans (let soak for at least 10 hrs.)
- Rinse and let sprout for 2 days. (If in a hurry you can skip the sprouting process.)
- Create chopped mix above.
- Let mix sit in refrigerator till chilled.
- Add chilled mixture to a freshly washed large to mid size collard green leaf and roll-up like a burrito with thin strips of favorite veggies.
- Note: All measurements are an estimation, always combine and season to taste the quantity desired. I’ve found that many chefs really don’t go by recipe measurements; they go by instinct and taste. Remember the rule; you can always add, but you can never take away.

Mark's Super Delicious Chocolate Energy Food
- Combine in a mixing bowl all dry ingredients.
- Combine and melt under very low heat; cacao paste, cacao butter and coconut oil, then add with honey or agave and stir. Then stir in the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth paste like consistency. Serves 6-7.

Raw Almond Milk
Almond milk is a great substitute in milk shakes, protein shakes, and even lattes.
- Add water, almonds, agave/honey and vanilla to blender, Blend at low speed for one minute.
- Then process at high speed for three minutes or until smoothly blended.
- Let stand for 20 minutes then strain through cheesecloth or other fine filter.
- Refrigerate.
