Q: How much will I save and is there a cost to join the Earth Shift Products Wholesale Club?
A: There is no cost to join and as a member you will save up to 70% off of market retail. You are also eligible to take advantage of additional savings from offers throughout the year. In addition, receive our monthly newsletter and benefit from our extensive library of informational videos.
Q: Is there free shipping for orders over a certain amount?
A: Yes, if you are a Buyer's Club member all orders over $150 are shipped for free (offer good within the continental US only).
Q: If an item comes damaged, who do I contact?
A: If you receive damaged product, please email webinfo@earthshiftproducts.com right away. If possible, a photo is always helpful. We will always ship you a replacement for damaged goods.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your purchase- all you have to do is contact webinfo@earthshiftproducts.com and let us know your information and exactly what products you would like to return and for what reason. We will send a Call Tag to your home, and all you have to do is repackage the return in the box it was shipped in and it will be picked up from you. If you would like product credit- that can be issued instantaneously; If you would like a return of funds back to your credit card, it can take up to a week, as we have to wait for your return to get back to us first.
Q: Do you ship internationally? If so, who should I speak with?
A: No, currently we can only ship within the US and to US territories.
Q: What method of shipping do you use? Does the shipper irradiate your packages?
A: Normally we ship all orders through FedEx Ground. If you are unable to ship via this method, we are also able to use USPS or UPS, though we do not have a special relationship with those two, only FedEx will keep your shipping costs low (or free). We label all boxes with "ORGANIC FOOD. DO NOT IRRADIATE".
Q: What sort of product packaging do you use?
A: All of our packaging that comes in direct contact with foods is leach-free and made of a high grade plastic.
Q: Is there a minimum order each month or every time I order?
A: No, there is no minimum order at Earth Shift.
Q: What payment methods are acceptable?
A: We accept all major credit cards except for Discover. If necessary, and under very special circumstances, we are able to do wire transfers. Paypal, personal checks, and money orders are not accepted.
Q: What is the approximate shelf life for the foods you sell?
A: Our dry goods such as powders and dried fruits have an extremely long shelf life. You will indeed use them up before they become any bit stale, as the shelf life is from 1.5 to 2 years. Our raw bars on the other hand are perishable, and have a shelf life of about a month when kept in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Q: If a product is out of stock, how will I know when I may purchase it again?
A: We have a system in place that will shows every customer's backorder when it is available for shipment. Your best bet is to check the site or your email, as we will send everyone an update when items come back into stock.
Q: What if an item I ordered does not ship with my package?
A: Please contact us immediately if you are charged for something that is not included in your package. Do make sure first that the item was not backordered- please reference your invoice because all backordered items say "QTY Shipped: 0" and there will be an amount of $0.00 paid for that item.

Q: Can we submit recipes?
A: Yes, we would love to share your recipes with others. Simply submit it at Webinfo@earthshiftproducts.com and there is a very good chance we will post it on our recipes page, see: http://www.earthshiftproducts.com/Recipes.aspx
Q: Can we submit requests for specific foods and/or products?
A: Yes you may. Email us at Webinfo@earthshiftproducts.com and tell us what you would like us to carry and why.
